What do you mead under VPN session?

Generally VoIP call generates a signalling session and RTP stream. Signalling sessioan can have several separate connections depending on protocol and configuration. All this traffic can flow with any other traffic over a single VPN.

I ask to know if I use ASA 5505 and I want to connect the two sites.... does the ASA will be suitable to allow 50 calls betwen the two sites regardeless the BW calculation?

It will be suitable in simple configuration, I'm no talking about configurations with Phone Proxy for UCM. There maybe some limitations if you need VoIP inspects but generally you not need them.
