how to add line labels that are different from auth name (8851, 3PCC)

I can't figure out how to add line labels. It only shows the Auth name which is long and confusing. How do I add a line label instead?

Hi,

Fill the Display Name and User ID with the number and the Athorization ID as username to authenticate to your provider.
