How to add new ringtone in cisco 7942 - registered in CUCM 10.5
user having only one ring tone and require to add some more tones, please suggest.

In the video you do not tell us if we need to be the Cisco Administrator or a end user phone log in to do the edits for the ringtones. Could you epxlain a little more on that?

Yes, you need to upload files to TFTP, so this requires admin privileges to OS admin.
