How to add personal greeting in cisco unity ?

Hi

How a user can add personal greeting in his own language in unity ? Do we have to add .wave file in unity ? if yes please mention steps?  or we can add it by dialing a hunt pilot number ?

Yes, you can use the CUC admin and use the media bar to either upload a WAV, or have it call a phone to record it.

Otherwise, you can configure the greetings administrator and teach your users how to use it.
