How to add third party Voice Gateway in CUCM 8.6

Hi,

I need to register "Sangoma Vega 100" Voice Gateway into the CUCM 8.6. How can I do that, is it possible through H.323 or SIP, I did not get any documentation on that. There is a T1 terminated on the voice gateway.

Please help.

CUCM supports both h323 and sip, check which protocol does the 3ed party GW support.

Vega 100 only supports SIP. Please note that there won't be any SIP registration from CUCM to Vega gateway indeed it will be peer-to-peer. Just create one SIP trunk in CUCM directing it to Vega IP address. Configure RP/RL/RG for outbound calls and proper call handling configuration for inbound call, all you are done now.
