Easy way is to configure call fwd no answer to your mobile phone, along with No answer duration in seconds to a value you require. This is under line settings.
Other way is if you have a SNR setup then you can tune the Delay Before Ringing Timer under the Remote destination. It will wait for the time you have configured before the calls are extended to your mobile phone.
