how to change cisco voip phone messages PIN or how to set a PIN

Hi All,

I couldnt find a option to reset or set messages PIN in Cisco Unity ( Cisco unified Communication Express ) for 7965 model phones and we use very old version - 7.0 Cisco unity.

Please take me to the options.

You are using CUCME with Cisco Unity Express or full Cisco Unity?

When you say you can't find this option for 7965 phones, do you mean that you have other phone models for which you *can* find the PIN reset option, or that all of your phones are 7965s?

Cisco unity express old version - 7.0 

we have 2 models - 7962 and 7965, couldnt reset any of it.

I had to delete the voice mailbox of each phones to remove the old voicemails & password. But still couldnt find a option to reset it or set a default PIN for all phones.
