I've installed Unity UM with Exchange 2007.
My client has more than 1000 users and their email IDs are Firstname.LastName@email.com and their Alias' are Initial+Lastname. Exaple Alias=jsmith and Email=james.smith@email.com.
Now when I integrated exchange for mail store Unity automatically picks up Exchange Alias for email ID combined with domain for unified messaging.
I cannot find any option to chose this. But this is a basic requirement and there must be some options. Can someone explain me how can I overcome this and Unity should be able to send a WAV attachment to email James.Smith@email.com where the Alias is Jsmith?
