How to close session in call manger V 4.1

I have call manger V 4.1 and I am administrator for this call manger and I have 2 operators if I need to close operators session how I can make it I don't need to remove operators account but I need to close sessions

what do you mean?? you have AC and want to logout users?? or do you mean MLA?? what???

I think that an external user access the CCM admin from web and I want to close this session and see the logs of that user

1st of all, is your server accesible thru the web????

2nd, using MLA??? if so simply do not grant modify permissions,

3rd simply change the pwd if not using MLA

if you expect to get change logs there are none, only MLA if using it and if enabled (only show logins)

From where can I show logs of logged user?

if using MLA and only if enabled the logs, look at the MLA logs as i already mentioned

if not then there's nothing
