I'm trying to set up one of our receptionist lines to roll over to another line if the receptionist doesnt answer. I beleive I have things configured correctly, but it doesnt appear to work. Here is a screen shot from within Call Manager 10.5. Do I have something ticked wrong? I have confirmed that that search space does contain this directory number that I am trying to forward to.
