Im trying to find out how many SRST license we have for our gateway (e.g. model 3825). The capacity for this model is 336 phones.
Got a few questions below:
1.)Does that mean that the moment we purchased the gateway, it is already packaged with 336 SRST license as well? or purchasing the SRST license is totally separate?
2.)In the Gateway setup, we have max ephone = 168 and maxdn = 336. Does it mean we have 336 license but currently, only 168 phones will be supported during SRST?
Would appreciate info on this matter.
Thanks.

1. You have to buy SRST phone license. Follow this link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/vcallcon/ps2169/data_sheet_c78-485221.html
2. New version SRST7.1 should give you 350 phones and up to 960 ephone-dns, check this link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cusrst/requirements/guide/srs71spc.html
Probably you don't have new version.

check the output of
"show call-manager-fallback"
It will answer
1.whether you have srst available for that IOS
2.Max ephones is the one we should be looking from license point of view.
Again other experts can confirm the same
