You can disable the calendar integration via the .xml.

For the accounts if you use the same LDAP for everything, you can configure the service profile so IM&P uses the same credentials as CUCM, and for VM you do that via the .xml, that will remove those options from the GUI as you're hardcoding them to use the same credentials your phone system uses.
