How to disable voicemail by user
We have configured voicemail for all users. But some users wants to disable this when they don’t like fwd the call to voice mail . Is it possible to adding a softkey for this ? / any quick other way for users?
We are using CUCM 7.02 Unity connection7 and 7945 phones

On the UC500 system, you can CF No Answer or Busy to any destination you desire. It doesnt have to be voicemail.
Or you can override the CF ALL from the phone softkey to a destination you desire.
Not sure I am following your business requirement?
Also, if this is CME / ISR or BE related, this is not the right forum for it.

I don't know of a way to prevent the call from call forwarding, but you can call forward all as Steve suggested.
