I have standart CTI port that configured with IVR RP from ICM.
When user call number 5000 they see on Cisco Phone screen Numbers:
5000->IVR_RP_number->Agent
number
Is it possible to hide internal Agent phone number from users?
Solution that I want to provide - users can call internal number of callcenter, but when they call CTI Route Point of callcenter they shouldn't see Agent's phone number.
Can somebody help me in this question?
