I suggest to all an idea how to improve DISA script.
To add JAWA procedure to DISA script.
which writes to the database all the switching (caller's number and the calling number).
And with each new call procedure checks the caller's number and the calling number.
If always the same (or 2 last times) calling number so to switch at once by default.
Like autofilling autocomlete.
