How to lock an IP Phone?

Hello,

is it possible for an user to lock his IP Phone, so that other users can't use it while he is away from his desk?

It should be a password, or access code, but it can't be extension mobility.

What can you suggest to me?

i did not find any free apps, but check the following link, there is a guy called Mudassir Saeed, who developed his own java base app:
