hi all:

i have a CP-7937-MIC-KIT is not working,i think make a RMA, but i didn't find it SN,i try make CP-7937G RMA,but the RMA option is not about CP-7937-MIC-KIT.

how to make a CP-7937-MIC-KIT RMA ?

Hi

Why dont you open Cisco TAC case. They will raise RMA for you.
