how to trace one way audio log via using RTMT8.1

we met site to site one way audio, how to see one way audio log which are collected by RTMT8.1?and find relatived reason?

Hi zhfq,

you can check it from the Network RAW dumps captured using wireshark...Not used myself so please check with Network administrators.

I faced simillar issue for one for our client atlast it was found to be firewall issue.

Try removing the firewall altogether and check it. This will help you to isolate if there is any problem with firewall.
