What are the steps to check for outgoing calls not working on call manager 7? Office phones

Start by checking all your call routing and transformations, then move on to the GW to debug the calls.

If you have that service enabled it will tell you if your call flow logic works.  What sound do you hear when it fails?  A recording or fast busy?  

Is your gateway H.323, MGCP, or SIP?
