Hi,
We are configuring the phones in Natted environment ,so we need to have natted CUCM IP address in the phone config file(SEP<mac -address of the phone >.cnf.xml).
I have downloaded the files using following command(Tftp <TFTP IP.addr> get SEP<mac -address of the phone >.cnf.xml) and modified the actual CUCM to natted IP address. Please let me know how to upload the files back to IP phone ,so phone can reach to natted CUCM and then original CUCM for registration.
Please help.Thanks...

Hi.
You could use a third party tftp software such as tftpd32 but the problem is when the phone will try to register to CUCM it will present itself with local ip address and NOT with public IP which means that CUCM will try to contact the IP phone on private IP.

As pointed out by Carlo, you'll need to use a program like tftpd32 running on a PC or a server reachable from the IP phone. The DHCP option 150/66 should point to this PC/server. Also take care that the IP addresses are reachable.
If this is the first time the phone is powered on, also make sure the right firmware files are present on the tftp server. You'll need to download the .zip file from cisco.com and extract it in the root tftp folder where the .cnf.xml file is.
Otherwise you're going to have a phone that gets the config but doesn't boot.
