How to use Seperate ISP line for IP phone without router(Using VLAN)?

I am working on following scenario

The current network infrastructer is running the CIsco VOIP phone and internet on single line of 20Mbps.The client want to install new Jive/polycom phone having a new line of 5 mbps without using new router and will take out old cisco phones.I don't know how to configure the vlan for new phone so they can use the seperate line of 5Mbps .Can anyone please help me with this?

Hi,

Try this on your polycom

• Power on the phone and select the “Setup” button
  
• Enter the password of “456”
  
• Use the up\down key to select “Ethernet settings”
  
• Edit the VLAN ID
  
• Enter the number “e.g. 20” on the VLAN id option this should match the VLAN tag on the switch
  
• Save the setting and restart.
