Hunt Group Not Working

I have been registered into a hunt group but still cannot pick up calls from my hunt group. 

I however get a "There is call available for pick up." notification on my screen but is not allowed to pick up and listen to the call. 

Anyone encountered similar situations before?

If you are just a user, you should talk to your admin first.
If you don't have access to CUCM, you won't be able to do anything.

Are you talking about a hunt group, or a call pickup group?
"There is call available for pick up." sounds more like a pickup group.

If you are in a huntgroup, maybe your device is not "logged in" to the huntgroup. Check, the parameter "Logged Into Hunt Group" in the device config page is checked.
Or maybe you just don't get calls, because the algorithm is preferring other members. So, you should check the config of the huntpilot / huntlist / linegroup

How can I log into the hunt group from my device? I use a CP8861 but i can't seem to find any buttons in the setting page related to hunt group.
