I have Jabber client for windows 11.7 on CUCM 11.0. When a call arrives on the DDI that is configured for JFW device and a call transfer invoked it all works well in that call is answered, then press "more" "transfer" and make outgoing call. that connects all okay and within the jabber window a "transfer" button appears and the call is transferred.
If a call arrived on this number via a hunt group all works the same in that you have orig caller on hold and you have established a call with the person you are trying to transfer to. The "transfer" button does not appear in this case and you have to press "more" then "merge" button. It works in that it transfers the call but why does it act differently?
