I am gettin a busy tone when dialing 661 area code in call manager 4

Hi,

When I dial 661 area code, I am getting fast busy tone.  I've looked at the translation pattern, I do have 9.1XXXXXXXXXX which covers all area codes.  I have no problem dialing 818 or any other area code.  I even went in and copied the pattern to create another one and modified the pattern to be 9.1661XXXXXXX.  that didn't help either.   Any suggestions?

Is that the pattern you're hitting for those calls?
Or is there something more specific?
