I can't get a file to the CUE using FTP

hi everybody

I tried to transfer an audio file from my pc to the cue using an Ftp software, but each time I do it I get ( error 7 )

though I used the password and username anonymouse ...

what to do ... is there a recommended FTP software or I need to apply changes The currently used FTP ?

and what does error 7 mean ?

CURLE_COULDNT_CONNECT (7)

Failed to connect() to host or proxy.

if the port is closed

CURLE_FTP_PORT_FAILED (30)

what ftp client do you use?
