Hi guys,
Is there a way or configuration I can make in CME so that the international calls will be cheaper?
Let's say one of the user is overseas and someone calls him on his extension and forwarded to his mobile...
Can it be cheaper??
On my previous company which supports Australian customers, we can do the Optus override... but not sure if it will work on this customer. They are in Singapore.
I'll appreciate your response on this.
Thanks.

You can check prices made by IP telephony service providers (SIP trunk).
There is also software to call via Skype.

Hi Paolo,
Sorry but I don't understand the SIP trunking...
We are using ISDN 10, my boss wants his phone to ring when he is overseas and he wants the cost to be cheaper. Is there a way to do that? I am thingking of Single Number Reach but I think the cost will still be the same...
Regards,
Jenalyn
