IDIVERT stopped working

HI, How do I check IDIVERT , it was currently working  but it has stopped. What can I check,does it rely on CTI manager or another component ? What traces can I perform

Does pressing the VM button on the phone still work?  I would just check the Cisco CallManager logs (detailed) to see why it's not working.
