One question !!! I have one cluster CUCM 11.0, when I register all phones in the screen show (Idle.png), my solution is delete in the phone configuration Idle, but exist any way to delete this line in all phones ??
Under User Mgmt --> User/Phone Add --> Universal device template, select the auto register template or any template auto registered phones are using (via device pool) and blank out the filed as show on the screen shot there.
