So you are wanting to configure MWI for your phones correct?

But what I want is
Given a cisco call manager call it Call Manager X and given a sip (ip) phone which is registered to Cisco Call Manager call it Phone Y,
I want to send programatically a signal to the Call Manager X so that Call Manager X will illuminate MWI at Phone Y.
I look for code-script...
