I would like to import the contacts that I have stored in my Outlook contacts list to my call manager in order to have the same contacts in my ip phone.
Thanks

I need to know how can I fix an error when I try to run Cisco Unified Call Manager Address Book Synchronizer. I receive the Unable to login (User) with configured Password.
I have tried with another Call Manager and another user and no error is coming up, I can't understand what is affecting to be unable to log in with the other CCUM.
Another important question is where am I supposed to find the Microsoft Windows Address Book (*.WAB)?.
I am using Microsof Office Outlook 2007, CCM 6.0.1.2000-3 and the ip phones are 7960/61/41 series.
Any advice or help will be appreciated

Regarding the Windows Address Book, you will need to import your contacts to Outlook Express and then export to a .wab file.
Hope this helps.

In order to fix the problem I have tried to create a Cisco IP Phone Service called Address Books with Service URL: http://ip address of call manager/ccmpd/xmlAddressBookInput.asp with UserID and UserPIN as Service Parameters Information and added this service on the user device in : http://ip address of call manager/ccmuser but this didn't work out, uninstall the plug in and install it again but the error still coming up.
This is, first of all what I would need to fix, be able to log in with any CUCM.
Any advice or help will be appreciated
Thank you in advance.
