In a offnet call, CUBE is answering with a 500 server internal error

Hi All,

We are trying to made a call between a PSTN number (originated) and a IP phone and when the call arrives to CUBE, it replies with a SIP message 500

server intenal.

Any comment/help will be appreciate.

please share the CUBE configuration and "debug ccsip messages" output for the failed call.
