We are using Call Manager version 10.5
I have several call-center type groups that use Genesys Contact Center.
I have one group however, who wants real-time call statistics----calls inbound, calls outbound, etc.----but they do not want to have to use any type of contact center software.
They also want the capability to display this information on monitors stationed above the group area.
I can't give them what they want with Telemate---as it runs 15 minutes behind, and as I mentioned before, any type of contact center/call center software is out of the question (they do not want their people having to log in/log out, and they want single-line multi-simultaneous call ability).
Are any of you aware of any products that may be able to do this?
