Solved: inbound calls via sip do not go to voicemail, inside calls do - Page 2

When receiving inbound calls via our sip trunk the calls will not roll over to voicemail, the call just gets dropped.

If we call the voicemail pilots internally, or call each other and dont answer the calls go to voicemail correctly.

researching this it appears to be something with the dspfarm and transcoding, but I am still very new to this and not sure how this should be configured.

Here is our config and our hardware. I have two pvdm modules installed. when running show dspfarm i get that its down, not sure how/where to noshut these, or if these are our problem.

I dont have any ACLs between the router and the service engine.

My routers ACL is listed above, are there any changes you suggest?

The router has 512mb of ram
