Incoming call for the same city

  I have  a problem with the incoming calls from  the same city or province .
the incoming number has an area code although  that  call is coming  form the same city .

could you please tell me how can i solve this issue to remove the area code

Have you assigned it to ip phone's DP or IP phone directly. this CSS has to hit on the phone on which you want to remove the STD code.
