incoming call showing unknown number

dear all

i have problem with my CLID (incoming call showing unknown number) why ?

i have 2 primacell with 2 vodafone sim cards directly connected to router 2911 FXO voice ports

i tried to call from my mobile to those two numbers of my company but showing as attached unknown number ? why not showing incoming numbers ? i checked with carrier vendor and tried analog phone with LCD screen its showing number normally but on cisco phone not

Is it CME or CUCM deployment? If CUCM, how is the 2911 connected to CUCM
(SIP, H323, MGCP).

Then debug voice ccapi to see if the calling number arriving ?

i tried regular phone and it shows incoming number and i call to check with telco if its activated or not and its working normally

what do u think?
