Install CCM6.12 problem at off-network??

We are going to upgrade CCM 4.13 to 6.12 with new servers.

And we are trying to install at off-network now. The first node (publisher) is installed successfully and import DMA, and upload license without any problem.

However, when I tried to install the second node, it said I can't reach first node. Now, I am thinking that I dont have DNS server at the off-network, is that thats the reason??

Ken,

If you are using the hostname to contact the publisher, then you need a name server to resolve the name or else it will fail. You might want to use the ip address to locate the publisher. Also, verify you have no network connectivity issues with the subscriber.
