installation of subscriber fails when database install script timeout

i get the following error everytime i try to install a new subscriber to existing cluster 7.1.2.21900-5

5 servers are in the cluster currently.

all servers 7845-H2

see attachment.

subscriber is local on the same switch as publisher.

i added the server to publisher with the correct name and IP address

the new server is reachable

If you are mounting media through iLO, try not to, use local media instead.

If already using local, media, is it passing the Integrity Check?
