I have actual router cisco 2851 Vsec with ip phone 7911, and your data as eol 7911 and eos, I opted to the 7821 purchase, it ties my not compatible with the 2851 CME router

thank you help me find a solution to the integrated IP phone on the 7821 router 2851vsec

Hello Abderrahmani,

Cisco handset 7821 doesn't support SCCP protocol hence will not work in normal CME like 7911 however this can be configured in SIP mode. First of all you will need to get the phone loads from cisco website sip78xx.10-2-1-12SR1-4.loads (any latest loads can work also) and then place these loads file on the router's flash. Once this is done apply the below configuration (change parameters based on your requirement).
