Hii all,
I am integrating a polycom 7000 confrence phone with CUCM 7.0, i was able to add the phone to the call manager as a third party SIP phone, and i created the directory number successfully. the Polycom phone is working but can only call other directory numbers and vice versa. i cant get the Polycom phone to make external calls to the PSTN.
i am finding it very difficult to make external calls to PSTN numbers. i have checked the calling search space, partition and the device pool and they all seem to be correct. all the configuration i have on the Polycom phone is what i have on other Cisco IP Phones and i can make external calls to PSTN from the Cisco Phone but i can't make external calls from the Polycom Phone.
Please anybody with usefull information to resolve this issue please assist.
