Hi,
I have no idea how to integrate call phone(just i have CTI route point and call Manager) in asp.net application, this application should have the capability for calling customers by click on phone number ,and open a survey form , and receiving the answers by a application user.
What API should i have to implement in my application, and i have to receive some data once the call is starting (a flag that the phone is reply or not),call duration, capability to end call from the application.
