Hello Community,

Is it possible to route calls between locations via WAN with the help of dial-peers instead of Inter-Cluster Trunks ? (For example - I have no possibility to user ICT). Are there any restrictions or problem ?

Assuming you have a GW configured at each cluster and that they are correctly configured that should work.

You might be able to do this with just 1 GW in the middle.

Yes, you can trunk via SIP.  This should allow for multi-vendor integration via dial-peers to Astrix, Avaya etc.
