Intercluster Trunk - call issue

I have an ICT connection that started to give me call troubles.

From my troubleshooting i found this error, every time i make a call:

There is always bandwith available, no location out of resources, but the calls fail all the time.

Where are some more log's:

Can anyone give me some light on this matter?

loosking at the error below looks like the network issue with TCP

collect the packet capture from the nodes to furthur troubleshooting

utils network capture file size all count 100000
