Intercluster Trunk issues

There are three clusters here all connected via non-GK intercluster trunks on CCM 4.2(3)sr2b. Right now, Cluster 3 cannot dial Cluster 1 (busy), but Cluster 1 can dial Cluster 3. The ICT from Cluster 3 to Cluster 2 is working fine both ways. They are using the same MRGL and device pool. I have attached the ccm to this post.

I am trying to find some information about this error, but I have been unsuccessful so far. Does anyone have any ideas?

Check the calling search space on the trunk from Cluster 3 to Cluster 1. The trunk may be in the wrong CSS.

Check as mentioned above CSS for ICT, and also check the IP address for remote trunks

Make sure it contains every seingle server for remote ICT CCM in DP example

Cluster 1 ICT

ICT

Cluster 1 has 3 servers

ICT in DP is using a CCM group that contains the 3 servers

In cluster 2 ICT pointing to Cluster 1

make sure you configure all IP addresses for Cluster 1 CCM group
