ip communicator to receive a call

All,

I have ip communicator installed on my pc. I can make outbound calls without any issues. However, I can not use it to pick inbound calls. Is there a way to do that?

You'll need to elaborate on exactly what do you mean by that.

Do you not get calls?

1-way audio?

You pickup and calls drop?

Also is this CUCM or CME?
