Why IP Phone 7911 don't work with Spanish Network Locale and CCM 6.0.1. I can use this network locale with another IP phone models.

Don't set new configuration. I need this phone (7911) working with locale Network= Spanish, but after upgrade, the configuration is Locale Network= English. I have another models, and they are using locale Network= Spanish before this upgrade= cm-locale-es_CO-6.0.0.1-1.cop.sgn
