What is the phone extension settings for the allowed Transport?  TCP?  UDP?

Go to Settings > Status > Status Messages.  What messages/logs appear there?

Where did you get this configuration from?

   <transportLayerProtocol>4</transportLayerProtocol>

But not Register

I Found This Sample Config File SPEMac address.conf.xml in frimware Folder

The value is invalid.

Try 1 and set the allowed Transport in the extension to TCP only.

Factory-reset the phone and reboot.

I Set 1 But Still On Registring and Not register

In log  Found NO CTL installed
