IP Phone 9971 Authentication MS-CHAP v2 support

Hi Guys

I´m trying to connect the IP Phone 9971 using the wifi, but not works. The authentication protocol is MS-CHAP v2.

My question is the ip phone 9971 supported the MS-CHAP v2 protocol?

Hi Guys

Yesterday I continued checking the issue and I have the messages of IP Phone events:

1.- Analyzing the current configuration of WLAN

2.- Error association of WLAN AP

3.- WLAN can not connect to the domain controller

4.- Authentication Error WLAN AP

I performed a test using my notebook to access the same WLAN network (same SSID, user and password) and works fine.

In the notebook, the WLAN properties are:

- Security type: WPA2 Enterprise

- Encryption type: AES

- Authentication method: EAP-MSCHAP v2

Adding, the IP Phone Firmware is : sip9971.9.3-2-10 and the WLAN Controller is using RADIUS for authenticaction.

Any idea? What more test do I do?
