IP phone cant ring to other phone!!

Hello

I am installed SIP with cnf.xml and xml file and all sip files and upgrade to cisco ip phone, And worked as fine

Now i can call from zoiper to cisco ip phone and ring with listen between them,

My problem when I need to call from cisco ip phone to zoiper or other software i cant the result of debug of Asterisk voip server below:

Where the problem ?

NAT should be turned off.

I am already turned off, But the problem not solved!!

Is the issue observed when you're calling internally? 

Is the issue observed only when using Zoiper?

I am already using in this time only internally call and tested other software like 3xc and x-lite and the same problem!!
