Hi All
One of my customer with Cisco IP Phone (6921 series phone ) getting "system Overload" message when pickup the handset. does any know why
this is happening, its woek normal after some time...looked at the sever alerts and found nothing.

Hi ,
Never seen this message. But would like to check are you using CMEor SRST or CUCM. The message shows that the call control application is busy.
