As per the codec GUI, i seeing the error for Ip Phone 'Connection error Software Unable to retrieve software version'
From IP Phone Logs, i can see these errors below

The necessary ports have been opened on the network side that is 6970, 5060,5061,8443,443,20,22,80. But still getting error message. Tried to unsubscribe and subscribe to another software version but still same error. The endpoint is a CTS 1100.
Kindly if anyone can help such to find a solution.
